Each simplistic yet gourmet five-course meal will feature carefully and passionately grown food, directly from our farm and surrounding area, and is paired with locally grown and crafted wines. Each course is served in stations allowing guests to create new relationships amongst quality conversation as they color their plates with fresh cuisine. Each meal will be different, reflecting what is available at that particular time of the season, and include staple dishes that are well loved.
Guests will enjoy their meal atop hand-made farm tables beneath glimmering lights in the center of a flourishing garden bordered by golden dairy cows and bustling hens in the evening light. Guests are encouraged to roam the area, and soak in the atmosphere that the land and animals have to offer.
During the meal Smoke in Chimneys farmers, or a local farmer that has a product featured in the menu will talk briefly about their passion and their craft, connecting guest with food with farmer. With only 48 guests served per dinner the night is an intimate and treasured experience of food, amidst the very land it’s grown from, among people who crave inspiration, rejuvenation, and community.
