6 x Fresh Frozen Trout: Gutted and cleaned, our spring water-raised whole trout has a clean, mild taste that’s ready to satisfy any palate and pair with just about any dish. Keep frozen if you’d like to store for later, or refrigerate if you plan to eat within 3 days.

4 x Fresh Frozen Trout: Gutted and cleaned, our spring water-raised whole trout has a clean, mild taste that’s ready to satisfy any palate and pair with just about any dish. Keep frozen if you’d like to store for later, or refrigerate if you plan to eat within 3 days.
1 x Smoked Trout: Our smoked trout is brined for 24 hours and smoked over applewood at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s 100% pre-cooked and ready to serve chilled or warmed up.
1 x Trout Cake Pack: Prepared by hand, our smoked trout is blended with tangy mayonnaise, lemon, mustard, green onions, and red pepper. It’s gently rolled by hand to preserve the large lumps of smoked trout. Easily bake, broil, or pan-fry to perfection. Two cakes per pack.

Subscription Details
As a subscriber, each month, you’ll receive a box of fresh and cleaned, ready-to-cook trout, conveniently delivered to your doorstep. Subscription automatically renews each month on the day you initiated it; and is shipped the following Monday. Cancel anytime.

We ship with gel packs to keep things fresh. Note: product may slightly defrost during transit; this is normal, safe, and to be expected. Please consider this before purchasing.
When your package arrives, refrigerate all the items if you plan to eat them within 3 days. If you plan to enjoy the items after the 3-day window, please place all fresh items in the freezer.
Please remove your trout products from the freezer a day before you would like to enjoy them.

We ship boxes every Monday. Depending on your location, please expect your box to arrive within 1-3 days of the following Monday after your subscription renews.
