What’s in the box:

35 x Whole Smoked Trout Pet Treats

  • As a locally owned small business, we ship every Tuesday. Depending on your location, please expect your box to arrive within 1-2 days of the following Tuesday after you place your order.

    Customers located within our 1 day shipping zones receive free shipping, however due to summer temperatures and the highly perishable nature of our products, orders shipping to states outside of our 1 day range must be sent via expedited 2nd Day Air service.

    Subscription Box purchases are charged every month on the day they were first purchased and shipped the following Tuesday (i.e. subscription started on the 15th of October, will charge again on the 15th of November and ship the following Tuesday).

  • Pet treats are shipped with frozen gel packs to keep things chilled and fresh. Product may slightly defrost during transit; this is normal, safe, and to be expected. Please consider this before purchasing. 

    • Store frozen until ready to use.

    • Thaw in the refrigerator.

    • Once thawed, use within 2 weeks when refrigerated.

    • Feed as a treat, topper, or special reward.

    No refunds will be given for partially defrosted products.
